Operating throughout Byron and Ballina Shire

We empower young people and their families to prepare for a future where they are deeply connected to nature, equipped with essential life skills, and ready to embrace a resilient, sustainable lifestyle. WEBS offers immersive nature programs for children aged 0-12 years, providing weekly sessions and enriching school holiday experiences.

“The future belongs to those who embrace curiosity—the ones who fearlessly explore, challenge, question, and unravel it.”

Wise Earth Bush School Programs

Play School

The Wise Earth Play School Program is a playgroup open for children between the ages of 0-6 years with their parent/care-giver. Play School is a chance to explore natural wonders and forge connections with like-minded families who share a passion connecting with their child in nature. Here, we embrace creativity, honour child-led exploration, and celebrate the unstructured beauty of nature play.

Bush School

The Wise Earth Bush School Program is specifically designed for children between the ages of 3 to 12 years old. It takes place outdoors, providing a unique opportunity for your child to connect with nature and build lasting connections with their surroundings. Through engaging activities and experiences, we focus on laying strong foundations for your child’s growth and development.

Skill School

The Wise Earth Skill School Program is specifically designed for children between the ages of 5 to 12 years old, who have attended our stepping stone Bush School Program. This is our outdoor learning program that provides opportunities for students to collaborate and make decisions with adults rather than following adults.

WEBS Core Values

Bundjalung Nation – Wise Earth Bush School acknowledges with respect the Country, the skies, the waterways and the spiritual systems of the Nyangbul people. We acknowledge our Aboriginal children and their families. We do this in the spirit of reconciliation as we move towards justice and partnership as together we walk gently on this land. ‘WEBS’ respects the great wealth of knowledge and rich tradition which has cared for this Country for millennia. We invite First Nations People to share their knowledge within our learning community, so that we can all have a deeper connection to Country and learn to care for her in a more respectful way.
