We Support NDIS Participants
Wise Earth Bush School (WEBS) is pleased to support NDIS Participants and accept self-managed and plan-managed payments online. Currently, we do not process agency-managed payments.
Please Note:
WEBS is not an NDIS provider. However, we accept NDIS self-managed payments for consumables and NDIS plan-managed payments. Plan Managers usually approve our orders, though this may vary based on your plan and budget. Consult your Plan Manager to confirm coverage before placing an order.
Assessment & Invoicing:
Assessments for our programmes or private mentorship sessions may be conducted through an Occupational Therapist (OT). We will issue invoices based on the assessments provided.
Important:
Add the NDIS Participant Name and NDIS Number to the 'notes' section on the cart page before checkout. Plan Managers typically require this information for processing payments. If you forget, you can return to the cart by clicking 'cart' in the top menu.
For NDIS Self-Managed Payments:
Checkout normally using a Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. You will receive a Tax Invoice for your records.
For NDIS Plan Managed Payments:
Forward the invoice email to your Plan Manager for approval and payment. Follow up with them as needed.
Terms & Conditions:
Items will be shipped only after cleared funds are received in our bank account.
NDIS Orders have a 30-day payment term. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your order will be cancelled, and items will no longer be held.
Checkout Instructions:
Shop on our website as usual and add products to your cart. Follow the checkout steps specifically for NDIS plan-managed payments from the cart page onwards.
